§ 605-11. Revocation of Permit.

Latest version.

The failure of any milk or ice cream dealer or distributor, for the period of more than 30 days, to pay the required inspection charges on milk, milk products or ice cream handled, or the failure otherwise to comply with the provisions of Section 605-1, 605-3, 605-5 or 605-7, shall be cause for the revocation or withdrawal of the permission granted to such dealer or distributor to distribute milk, milk products and ice cream in the city of Cincinnati, or to dispose of them to others for distribution within the city of Cincinnati.
