§ 902-21. Pending Rights.

Whenever a section of the Cincinnati Municipal Code or the whole or part of any ordinance, resolution or other measure is repealed or amended, such repeal or amendment shall in no manner affect pending actions, prosecutions or proceedings, nor causes of action, prosecution or proceeding existing at the time of such repeal or amendment, unless the repealing or amending ordinance or act shall expressly provide otherwise.
