§ 902-19. Clerk to Notify City Manager of Certain Convictions.

The Hamilton County Municipal Court Clerk shall notify the city manager, in writing, upon forms to be furnished by the city manager, of convictions by said court in cases where it is provided by this code, or by ordinances supplementary or amendatory thereof, that upon such conviction, a license, permit or privilege shall or may be revoked or suspended.
