§ 407-999-F. Violation of Sections 407-145 through 407-173.

(a)

Except as established in paragraph (b) of this section, any violation of the provisions of Sections 407-145 through 407-173 shall be a Class C civil offense.

(b)

Any violation of the provisions of Section 407-147 shall be a class C1 civil offense.
