§ 407-147. Required Number of Accessible Vehicles.

(a)

Each public vehicle company with ten or more vehicle licenses in its fleet shall ensure that at least one vehicle is an accessible vehicle, in accordance with the standards established in this chapter, on or before January 14, 2020.

(b)

Each public vehicle company with twenty or more vehicle licenses shall ensure that at least two vehicles in the fleet are accessible vehicles, in accordance with the standards established in this chapter, on or before January 14, 2020.

(c)

Public vehicle companies that fail to comply with the requirements of this section will be subject to the penalty established in Section 407-999-F(b) of this chapter.
