§ 407-95. Transfer of License, Owner to Owner.

Any public vehicle license may be transferred from one licensed person, partnership or corporation to another person, partnership, or corporation already in possession of a license. Said transfers shall be made upon forms approved by the director, and filed with the city treasurer. Each transferee shall comply with all provisions of this chapter.

This section shall not apply to transportation network vehicle licenses.
