§ 407-93. Transfer of License, Vehicle to Vehicle.

In the event the owner of a licensed public vehicle shall cease to own the vehicle, or in the event that such vehicle shall become unsuitable for operation, or the owner shall desire to substitute another vehicle, an affidavit to such effect shall be filed with the director and the director shall thereupon notify the city treasurer, who shall transfer the license to any other vehicle, provided such vehicle is of the same type and approved by the director.

This section shall not apply to transportation network vehicles.
