§ 407-87. Uniform System of Accounting.
Every person conducting a public vehicle business in the city of Cincinnati shall keep accounts showing the receipts, expenses and other financial details for the business according to a uniform system, on forms prescribed by the director. On or before March 1 in each year a report shall be made to the director showing in such detail as required the business operations of the preceding year, including changes in capital account. Such reports shall be considered confidential and subject to inspection solely by the director, the city manager, and the public utilities committee of council.
