§ 407-13. Certain Applicants Ineligible.

The director may refuse to authorize the issuance of a license under Section 407-7 to any applicant who has, within three years prior to the date of such application, been convicted of operating, permitting to operate or offering to operate a vehicle as a public vehicle in violation of the provisions of Section 407-3, 407-97, 407-99 or 407-101 of the Cincinnati Municipal Code.
