§ 407-103. Failure to Pay Fare.

  • No person, with intent to defraud the owner or driver of any public vehicle, shall engage carriage therein. Refusal to pay the lawful charge for such carriage, or absconding without payment or offer to pay, shall be prima facie evidence of such intent to defraud.
