§ 407-1-T3. Transportation Network Company.

"Transportation Network Company" shall mean a corporation, association, business, firm, partnership, or person that uses a digital platform/application, and only the digital platform/application, to connect passengers to drivers who will be using a personal vehicle to transport passengers for compensation. Transportation Network Companies, the drivers who work for them or through their digital platforms, and the vehicles they drive are regulated under Ohio Revised Code Chapters 3942 and 4925. Title IV of the Cincinnati Municipal Code does not apply to or address the activities of Transportation Network Companies.
