§ 407-1-T2. Tour Vehicle.

"Tour Vehicle" shall mean any vehicle, operating on a fixed route, with a fixed schedule, and charging a fee with the intent of providing passengers with a sightseeing tour or with the intent of providing passengers with the amusement of riding in a rare vehicle. Tour vehicle includes pedal wagons.
