§ 407-1-C2. Charitable Non-Profit Transportation Vehicle.

"Charitable non-profit transportation vehicle" shall mean a vehicle for hire that is used by a local non-profit charitable organization affiliated with a State or national non-profit charitable organization to transport persons who are elderly or visually impaired.
