§ 407-1-C1. Congested District.

"Congested district" shall mean the area bounded on the north by the north property line of Liberty Street, on the east by the east property line of Broadway, on the south by the south property line of Second Street and on the west by the west property line of Plum Street and the west property line of Central Parkway.
