§ 317-9. Exemptions.

(a)

An employee who is a trainee in a job training program which meets city job training standards as outlined in regulations promulgated by the city manager pursuant to this chapter, shall be exempt for the period of training.

(b)

An employee who is employed by a nonprofit corporation for after school or summer employment or as a trainee for a period not longer than 90 days and any participant in the city of Cincinnati 2016 summer youth employment programs shall be exempt.
