§ 306-3. Pay Periods.

  • The payroll periods for full time employees shall be either weekly or bi-weekly as designated by the city manager. In cases of intermittent employment and in other special cases, special arrangements as to the time of payment may be made with the approval of the appointing authority and the director of finance. Whenever the city shall terminate the employment of any officer or employee, immediate payment of any balance due such officer or employee may be made with the approval of the head of the respective department and the director of finance.
