§ 306-15. Department Setup—Within Appropriation.

Each department shall, with the approval of the appointing authority, employ such officers and employees as shall be necessary for the conduct of the work of the department, provided that the total setup of salaries and wages of such department shall not be in excess of the total amount appropriated for such purpose.
