§ 3. Rules and Procedures of the Administrative Boards.

  • Each board established under this article shall have the authority to adopt rules and procedures governing its conduct and meetings, provided that the rules and procedures so adopted may not conflict with state law or this code. The rules and procedures shall be reviewed by the board in conjunction with the city solicitor's office from time to time. Each board shall select a chair and a vice chair in accordance with its rules and procedures.
