§ 6. Failure to Comply.

The failure to comply with the filing requirements of this Article by a city employee shall be cause for disciplinary action by the appointing authority up to and including dismissal. The deliberate falsification of or the deliberate omission of required information from the financial disclosure statement shall be grounds for criminal prosecution under the Ohio Revised Code.
