§ 5. Administrative Regulations; Notice; Forms.

  • The city manager is authorized and directed to adopt administrative regulations necessary for the implementation of this Article. Such regulations shall establish a complete list of each employee or public official position for which a disclosure statement is required and shall prescribe the disclosure statement form to be used by the public officials and employees subject to this Article. The city manager shall determine which public officials and employees are subject to the disclosure requirements of this Article and such determination shall be final. Ninety days prior to the filing deadline, the city manager or the city official designated by the city manager shall annually notify in writing each subject public official or employee of the disclosure requirements of this Article and shall supply each such person with the necessary form provided that members of council shall use the financial disclosure statement form required by state law.
