§ 12. Unconstitutionality, Severability.

Should any section of this article or any part of any section be declared to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of other sections or any part thereof not so declared unconstitutional or invalid, and the remainder of this article shall remain in full force and effect as though the portion declared unconstitutional or invalid did not exist.
