§ 6. Administrative Reports.

  • It shall be the duty of the director of each department and the head of each other office responsible to the city manager to report to the city manager or appropriate assistant city manager information concerning the department or office and its work as the department head or officer may deem pertinent and as the city manager or assistant city managers may require.

    It shall be the duty of the city manager to prepare and present to the council an annual report of the affairs of the city and such other reports as the council may require or the city manager may deem advisable.
