Rule 9. - Refuse and Damages to Property.

(a)

No person shall drop or throw refuse or litter of any kind on or within commission property, except in the receptacles designated therefor.

(b)

No person shall take, carry away, disturb, molest, destroy, mar, deface, mutilate, mark or damage any commission property.

(c)

No person or persons shall use or enter onto any commission property if such use or entry would cause damage to the property or if signs prohibiting such use or entry are posted in conspicuous places.
