Rule 3. - Unauthorized or Improper Use of Property.
(a)
No person or persons may make use of commission property at anytime for activities which are specifically prohibited by posted signs or when such use will cause bodily harm to himself or others, or cause damage to the property.
(b)
Swimming Pools: No person or persons shall be permitted in the swimming pools except during operating hours when life guards are on duty.
(c)
No person may climb onto any building, baseball backstop, football goal post, fence, or any other structure, located on commission property except on play equipment erected for this purpose.
(d)
No person may play with or use a hardball on commission property if signs prohibiting such use are posted.
(e)
No person or persons may play with or use a softball on commission property if signs prohibiting such use are posted.
(f)
No person or persons may make use of commission property after 11:00 p.m. unless such property is lighted and normally scheduled for use at such times or by special permission of the director of recreation.
