§ 1. General Powers.

The Historic Conservation Board (the "Board") of the City of Cincinnati, Ohio (the "City") is established pursuant to Article II, §14 of the City of Cincinnati Administrative Code ("Administrative Code"), and shall be governed by City of Cincinnati Zoning Code ("Zoning Code") Chapter 1435 and by these Rules of Procedure. Whenever a conflict exists between these rules and the applicable laws of the State of Ohio or ordinances of the City, the applicable laws and ordinances govern. These rules supersede any previously adopted rules in their entirety.
