§ 6. Decisions.

The Staff Attorney shall reduce the Board's decision to writing for the Chair's review and signature within 30 days of the hearing date at which the Board issued its final appealable decision. Any Board member may request to review a written decision before it is issued, but is not required to review a decision before the decision is signed by the Chair. The Staff Attorney shall transmit to the appellant and any party of record the Board's final written decision by certified mail.
