§ 7. Amendments or Suspension of Rules.

A.

Effective Date. These rules shall be made effective upon approval by a majority vote of a quorum of Board members, provided the Staff Attorney provides written notice to all Board members at least seven calendar days before the meeting at which the adoption of these rules are to be discussed.

B.

Amendments. These rules may be amended or revoked by a majority vote of a quorum of Board members, provided written notice of the proposed amendment or revocation is provided to each Board member at least seven calendar days before the hearing.

C.

Suspension. The Board may suspend all or a portion of these rules at any hearing by a majority vote of the Board members present at the hearing.
