§ 1601-55. Vacations and Barricades.

No person shall ignore the terms of an order issued by the Departments of Buildings and Inspections, Health or Fire, to vacate, keep vacant, or evacuate property.

Whoever violates this section is guilty of a first degree misdemeanor.
