§ 1601-45. Signs in Public Right-of-Way.

  • (a)

    No person shall place, or cause to be placed, any sign, banner, placard, or other similar object in, or above, any public right-of-way without first obtaining a permit.

    (b)

    Items placed in violation of this section shall be deemed a public nuisance and shall be subject to immediate removal by governmental agencies.

    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor.
