§ 1601-3. Accumulated Waste.

No person shall deposit, store or permit to remain in any part of a building, building premises, vacant lot or open space, any accumulation of rubbish, paper, cans, ashes, refuse, garbage or putrescible organic matter, weeds, litter, junk, combustible or noncombustible waste, or miscellaneous debris.

Whoever violates this section is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor.
