§ 1601-19. Mosquito Control.

Latest version.

No owner, person in control, or occupant, of any lot or vacant land on which pools of water stagnate, shall permit such waters to become a breeding place for mosquitoes; and such owner shall fill or drain the depressions or otherwise abate the condition.

Whoever violates this section is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor.
