§ 1601-17. Vermin Control.

Latest version.

No owner, person in control, or occupant, shall permit any premises, building or part thereof to harbor an infestation of rodents, fleas, lice, roaches, weevils, bed bugs or other vermin.

Whoever violates this section is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor.
