Title XVI. NEIGHBORHOOD QUALITY OF LIFE UNIFORM CODE

§ 1601-13. Maximum Occupancy.

No owner or person in control shall permit premises to be occupied in excess of the maximum number of occupants allowed for said structure or premise as posted by the Fire Chief.

Whoever violates this section is guilty of a first degree misdemeanor. In addition, the premise in question shall be closed until the excess number of persons has been removed therefrom.
