§ 1601-11. Obstruction of Means of Egress.

Latest version.

No object shall be placed, and no restraining devices shall be installed, so as to interfere with the proper functioning of a required means of egress. Space around required means of egress shall be kept free from obstruction which would interfere with egress from the immediate area.

Whoever violates this section is guilty of a first degree misdemeanor.
