§ 1501-35. Fee Schedule For Filing of Appeals at the Office of Administrative Hearings.

The City's administrative hearing officer is authorized to generate a fee schedule associated with the filing of appeals at the office of administrative hearings, which fee schedule shall contain a provision permitting the hearing officer to waive fees in the case of indigency and where justice otherwise requires, and which fee shall not exceed the amount necessary to recover the cost of an appeal brought before the office of administrative hearings.
