§ 1501-25. Appeals of Hearing Examiner's Decisions.

(a)

Hearing Examiner's decisions are considered final orders for cases presented before the Office of Administrative Hearings.

(b)

Appeals to the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas may be taken as allowed by Ohio Revised Code.
