§ 1427-43. Nonconforming Signs.

  • A nonconforming sign must be brought into conformity with the provisions of the Cincinnati Zoning Code then in effect if the sign is structurally altered, rebuilt, enlarged, extended, or relocated; or when the principal use of the property is changed from a commercial use to a residential use; provided, however, the repainting or refacing of an existing nonconforming sign is not considered an alteration within the meaning of this section.
