§ 1421-31. Use of Land Restricted.

  • Land used to meet the setback, parking, density or other open space requirements of the Cincinnati Zoning Code for a building or group of buildings may not be used to meet the setback, parking, density or other open space requirements for any other building or group of buildings.

    Provided, however, where the land used to meet the requirements of the Cincinnati Zoning Code for a building or group of buildings consists of more than one recorded parcel of land, or a part of a parcel of land, the owner must execute on behalf of himself, his successors or assigns in the ownership of the land, or part thereof, a written instrument in a form acceptable to the City Solicitor covenanting that the requirements of this section will be met prior to the issuance of a building permit for the construction of a building on such land.
