§ 1401-01-R9. Residential Care Facility.

"Residential care facility" means an establishment operated for the purpose of providing special care or rehabilitation to the occupants, including the following:
(a)

Assisted living. See § 1401-01-A11.

(b)

Developmental disability dwelling. See § 1401-01-D5.

(c)

Nursing home. See § 1401-01-N2.
