"Retail sales" means an establishment engaged in sales of goods, including, but not
limited to: alcoholic beverage sales, furniture and home furnishings, electronics
and appliances, clothing and shoes, jewelry, luggage and leather goods, sporting goods
and hobbies, books, periodicals and music, tobacco sales, department stores, florists,
office supplies and stationary, gifts and novelties, pets, hardware, pawn shops, video
stores and auto parts. This classification includes the retail sale or rental of merchandise
not specifically listed under another use classification.
