"Personal service" means the provision of recurrently needed services of a personal
nature. This classification includes barber and beauty shops, nail salons, tanning
salons, massage therapy, electrolysis, seamstresses, tailors, shoe repair, dry cleaners
(excluding dry cleaning plants), self-service laundries and photographic studios.
