"Gross Floor Area" means the sum of the gross horizontal area of all floors of a building
or structure measured from the exterior face of exterior walls, or from the centerline
of a wall separating two buildings with no deduction for hallways, stairs, closets,
thickness of interior walls, columns or other features. This definition does not include
the area of parking facilities within the principal building.
