§ 1401-01-F2. Family.

"Family" means a person living alone or two or more persons living together as a single housekeeping unit in a dwelling unit as distinguished from a group residential use. As applied in the SF District use regulations "family" includes:
(a)

Up to four persons unrelated to each other by blood, marriage or legal adoption, living together as a single housekeeping unit; or

(b)

Up to eight persons, other than foster parents and employees, living together in a foster home approved and regulated by the State of Ohio.
