§ 1247-37. Good Faith Report.

Employers are also encouraged to conduct additional education programs, label substances and containers not covered by this chapter, and otherwise conduct business in accord with the goals and purposes of this chapter. In the event of a violation of provisions of this chapter, such good faith efforts to comply may be considered in determining appropriate penalties.
