§ 1247-27. Falsification of Information.

  • If any employer or any of its officers or employees fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter by knowingly and intentionally misrepresenting, falsifying, concealing, destroying or failing to retain information necessary to comply with the provisions of this chapter, they shall be personally liable under the provisions of Section CFPC 1247-99, whether or not such employer is a corporation, to the extent that such liability may be imposed under the laws of the state of Ohio. The dissolution of a corporation shall not discharge an officer's of employee's liability for such conduct.
