Chapter 1235. DETECTORS, EARLY FIRE WARNING SYSTEMS |
§ 1235-2. Owner—Tenant.
Latest version.
As used in this chapter an "owner" means the title holder, as evidenced by the deed records of the Hamilton County Recorder, of a building used for residential occupancy. An "owner" is also the purchaser of a building used for residential occupancy under a land contract. A "tenant" is the individual financially responsible to the owner for the rent.
