§ 1225-3. Use of Open Flame Permitted.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Section CFPC 1225-1, a person may, upon obtaining the approval of the fire chief or person designated by the fire chief, use or allow to be used an open flame in connection with any public meeting or gathering for the purposes of deliberation, worship, entertainment, amusement, instruction, education, recreation, awaiting transportation or similar purpose in places of public assemblage such as churches, arenas, stadiums, schools, restaurants, eating establishments, cocktail lounges and bars.
