§ 1219-35. Residential Storage.

Latest version.

All storage shall be orderly, and there shall not be any appreciable accumulation of rubbish.

Combustible storage shall be prohibited under stairs having open risers or treads.

Combustible materials shall not be stored within 18 inches of furnaces and water heaters or under flue pipes.

No storage shall be permitted under gas or electric meters.
