§ 1219-31. Air Conditioning.

(A)

Storage shall not be permitted in the following areas:

(1)

In any room or space specifically designed or used primarily for the housing of central air conditioning equipment;

(2)

Adjacent to any intake of a central air conditioning system.

(B)

Rubbish and litter shall not be permitted to accumulate on grills and screens of air conditioning equipment. Filters shall be cleaned and removed when covered with dust, lint, oil or grease accumulation;

(C)

Sludge shall be periodically removed from all large oil bath type air conditioning systems.
