§ 1219-21. Causing Fire Through Negligence.

  • No person shall set fire to, or cause the burning of any structure, building, building contents, premises, or any part thereof by any means whatsoever, through carelessness, neglect or negligence in such a manner as to endanger the safety of any person or property.
